six weeks he had when i held him,
as sick he was with no strength,
fear toppled him over,
not more than 5cm in length,
it was a cold day in october,
when i went to that sanctuary,
poor felix had to come,
for five years to stay with me,
he got stronger, grew in beauty,
all the pics are just a proof,
he so loved staying near me,
mostly when up on the roof,
He was the prince of d house,
living in a fairytale,
then his kingdom got divided,
with another black cat male,
at first he was angry,
but then he got cuddled more,
as with Rex he was a soul mate,
and eachother they did adore,
I left Malta and never imagined,
that one day it was meant to be,
Felix will be gone forever,
no more scratches he'll do to me,
what I'd give to have him closer,
and to hug him one more time,
to show him that I loved him,
and that it will be so fine,
Good bye Felix, please know I loved you,
more like a human than a cat,
you will be sadly missed forever,
but YOU, I never will forget....
